Welcome! I'm a PhD candidate in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. My research attempts to understand how people adapt to climate hazards like high heat and wildfires. By using rich data on housing markets, migration, and mobility, I shed light on how these hazards shape demand for different neighborhoods and how publicly provided infrastructure can mitigate climate damages.

I am on the 2026-2027 job market.

Please find my CV here, and I can be contacted by email at lme56@cornell.edu.
